Logline: Kamloops British Columbia 1970. At age 17, she fought against everyone’s wishes and gave birth to her son. For years they would endure abusive rage, suicide, loss and even an attempt at their lives. Through tortuous relationships, laughter, tears of dignity and love, he would eventually have to bury her too. Now at 43 years old, the same age his mother was when she took her life. He battles to keep his daughter in the country whilst struggling to keep the pains of his past hidden from her.
